1 tortilla bread
Pasta sauce (preferably tomato based)
1 potato, boiled and mashed
Bacon, fried and shredded
Onion, fried
Ham, shredded
1 egg
A pinch of parmesan (or more, if available)
Put toppings on base. Bake in oven until egg is cooked.
